Game Overview
Aokana – Four Rhythms Across the Blue is a romance visual novel set in a near-future world where anti-gravity shoes allow people to fly freely through the sky, giving rise to a competitive aerial sport known as Flying Circus. You play as Masaya Hinata, a former prodigy who quit the sport after a crushing defeat, only to be drawn back in when an energetic transfer student reignites his passion for flying. As Masaya helps rebuild the school’s Flying Circus club, the story focuses on character development, rivalry, personal growth, and romance, with multiple branching routes and endings based on player choices. The gameplay is primarily story-driven, featuring rich dialogue, anime-style visuals, and emotional sports drama, with each heroine offering a unique perspective on competition, confidence, and overcoming personal limits.
